Cancellation & Refund Policy

Sara Kinetic Sports Lab limits capacity for each time slot to ensure an uncompromised, sanitary, and personalized recovery experience for every athlete. Because slot capacity is strictly capped, the following cancellation guidelines apply.

1. How to Cancel a Session

You can cancel an upcoming session yourself: sign in, open My Sessions and choose Cancel session. Cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Within 24 hours of the start, online cancellation is closed. If you need help, contact the Sara Kinetic Sports Lab team with your booking reference (shown in My Sessions and in your confirmation email):

Once a session is cancelled, the slot is released to other athletes immediately. A cancelled session cannot be reinstated; please make a new booking instead.

2. Refunds

A cancellation charge of 10% of the amount paid (including GST) applies to every session paid online. The rest is refunded manually by Sara Kinetic Sports Lab to the original payment method; refunds typically reach your bank or card within 5–7 working days depending on your bank. The amount you will be refunded is shown before you confirm the cancellation.

Sessions booked with a package credit or appointments paid at the centre carry no cancellation charge. When a package session is cancelled in time, the credit is returned to your package. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start, and no-shows, are not refunded.

3. Facility Closures or Rescheduling by SKSL

In the rare event that SKSL must close a date or adjust schedules due to routine maintenance, mechanical sanitation, or unexpected circumstances, affected athletes will be promptly notified and offered a full refund or priority rescheduling at their convenience.
